  We had the pleasure of visiting Holy Rosary Church during the Easter season this year and Good Friday and Easter Sunday services were outstanding. This is a very special parish where the music is exceptional and everyone there is very friendly.
  I would recommend stopping by for their service or just a visit.

  This gothic style Catholic church is a landmark in the small town of Paia. What was once a sugar cane town is now a surfing town with tourists passing by to start their journey on the Road to Hana. The church was built in 1926 by Father Jules Verhaeghe. There is also an italian marble statue of Saint Damien of Molokai erected in 1976. The grounds here are beautiful and definitely worth a stop on your way to Hana.

  I love this church! The gothic style architecture can't be seen anywhere else on island. The stained glass windows are very beautiful.
